Working with Triangle Lifts, we constructed 6 lift shafts in the cheltenham area. The construction and extension of the existing staircase and lobby to enable a landing area.
HTV Studios, Bristol
Lift replacement

As the main contractor at the HTV Studios, Bristol we removed the existing lift, modernised the new lift shaft and contracted OTIS to install a new lift, while CBES completed the final finishings.
M5 Bridge Avonmouth

Working for Balfour Beatty Mott Mcdonald, we were contracted in to design, fabricate and install the lighting of external walkways to the outside of the bridge.
ARLA foods, Swindon

The design. installation and testing of new electrical & mechanical systems for the new butter making plants and westbury dairies. We used stainless steel containment for a clean area as it was a food environment. Technical work was completed while the plant remained in operation.

Lift removal and modernisation

Duration: 20 Weeks
This prioject involved the removal of a 7-stop lift shaft. Further to this, the modernisation of an existing lift shaft so that it was suitable for the new lift. We also installed the new OTIS lifts, and carried out all finshes and re-decorations to the area. The project was executed with minimum disruption to the residents.
