Lift works – Work in progress

We are currently working on a very involved and complicated project in conjunction with our Structural Engineer.  Structural calculations and design of a steel frame to reinforce the lift shaft to enable 4 new entrances to be diamond cut out have been completed.

Follow our progress on the next stage of works to extend the lift shaft into the motor room, install new lifting beams, construct a new shaft cap, new electrical installation and new access to new motor room.
